Hey guys,
I am currently about 240 and 5’10, nearer to 30s when it comes to % of bodyfat than 20s, and I am starting to feel a bit slow-moving, which is way too early for me :(
I’m trying to begin with the paleo diet but there is a great deal of conflicting information about it. To make it easier - I figure I had only get started already and tweak my procedure from there.
I am deciding between 2 novels right now (LINK) - Has anyone read either/can suggest which one is more complete overview of all of the paleo details?
Uber excited to start becoming a little fitter and lose some weight!
